I read the book "The Phantom Tollbooth". I really liked it! It was about a normal boy named Milo who is living a normal life. Then the Phantom Tollbooth shows up in his room. He uses the tollbooth like it was normal, but it wasn't. It took him on an adventure throughout the Lands Beyond Here, he meets many strange creatures, kings, princesses, friends enemies, etc. This book was fast moving and exciting. I would definitely recommend it.
ReplyDeleteExcellent! I think it is a must read :)
ReplyDeleteI red the book the 13-story tree house. I really like it. It was about a person named Andy and his friend Terry who live in a 13-story tree house. The mythological creature is a cat nary a canary and a cat mixed. You should read it.
ReplyDeleteI read the book Fablehaven. Fablehaven has Satyrs from Greek Mythology. Fablehaven is about two siblings who go to their grandparents house for two weeks while their parents are on vacation. You should read it.
ReplyDeleteI read Deep Blue by Jennifer Donnelly. It was about a girl named Princess Serafina and how Serafina and the other five are destined to do stop chaos for all of the ocean. Serafina and the other five are the most powerful mermaids in the whole realm but they don't know it until they meet. When they are in close proximity to each other. For the first part of the book they are apart and they are average mermaids and then they all have the same dream and all head to the same place to follow their destiny.
ReplyDeleteI am reading Miss Peregrin's Home for Peculiar Children. It is very good, as I'm sure you all know :)
