I read the book "Booked" by Kwame Alexander. It is about a boy who loves playing soccer and dozing in class. He has a girlfriend named April, and a lot of the activities in the book are directed towards her. It was fun for me to read, because I am into soccer. If you like soccer a lot, I would recommend it. If you are not, then I do not recommend it. Overall, it was a very light and quick read, I finished it in two days.
ReplyDeleteI read Behind the Plate. It's a book about a young boy who is struggling with his parents divorce, causing him to get the yips and have trouble playing baseball.
